Ruth 1:16-17
But Ruth said:“Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go;
And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God. Where you die, I will die, And there will I be buried. The Lord do so to me, and more also, If anything but death parts you and me.”
Ruth's Spoil, my personal passion:

Ruth’s Spoil is deeply personal to me due to my firsthand experience with the challenges of a broken home, single parenthood, domestic violence, and financial strain. As a young mother, I witnessed the lack of support and resources in my community. This inspired my vow to be the solution, offering support, love, and education to empower women and children to thrive. Our mission is rooted in the belief that knowledge leads to better choices and outcomes. - K. Allen

At Ruth's Spoil, we believe that every woman has the power to embrace who she is, define her future, and change the world.
Ruth in the bible was a Moabite, and Moabites were considered a thorn in Israel's side. She was married to a Judean immigrant named Mahlon. After the death of her husband, brother-in-law, and Father-in-law she decided to leave Moab with her mother-in-law, Naomi, to Judah. Although Naomi insisted for Ruth and her Sister-in-law Orpah to go back to their people, to what was familiar. Ruth had a made up mind and heart that she was going to accompany Naomi and commit to Naomi's way of life. In spite of this, she was childless and widowed, a bad combination for a woman's livelihood in their time. Ruth chose to work and provide for her and her widowed mother-in-law in a new unfamiliar place and different culture. The Lord blessed her because she made a commitment in her heart to do what was abnormal, uncomfortable and wasn't favorable, and changed the trajectory. Because she chose God's way, her identity changed from a thorn in Israel's side into a virtuous woman and granted the spoils of God's chosen people. She is in the family line of King David and Jesus. When we choose God in your heart this changes the trajectory of our life and our bloodline. We get the spoil. It doesn't matter where you come from or what you did or didn't do. Your identity will change and your life will turn around for good, new beginnings and prosperity.
